Aploai Ltd. is the company behind the Aploai platform. We provide software that businesses use to run and measure customer conversations across messaging channels, email, and their website.
How we work with messaging platforms
Aploai integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta, and Gmail so a business can manage customer conversations from those channels in one place. A business connects its own accounts; Aploai does not provide WhatsApp accounts and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Meta or WhatsApp.
How we handle your customers' data
When a business connects its account, Aploai processes the resulting messages and data solely to provide the service to that business. We do not sell, license, or share that data with third parties, and we do not use it to build user profiles across businesses.
