Manage workspace settings and access
Keep the workspace operable by confirming who owns rollout decisions, who can change configuration, and where tenant settings affect the live experience.
Keep ownership obvious
A workspace usually slows down when configuration ownership is unclear. Settings should make it obvious who owns naming, tenant details, and access-sensitive decisions.
Do a lightweight access check
- The primary operator can reach every Agent Builder section, Inbox, and Analytics.
- Non-owner collaborators only have the access they need.
- Workspace naming and tenant details are clean enough for internal handoff and reporting.
Revisit access after rollout expands
Once more people touch the workspace, repeat the access review. Early launch shortcuts are common; leaving them in place too long creates avoidable confusion.
Where do I manage who can operate the workspace?
Use Settings and your workspace user-management flow to confirm tenant membership, role scope, and the organization details that affect rollout ownership.
Review your first conversations in Inbox
Use the first live transcripts in Inbox to confirm routing, answer quality, and the places where the rollout still needs guardrails.
Read your first analytics baseline
Use the first Analytics pass to understand demand, activity, and where the workspace is healthy versus merely configured.
Understand billing and usage basics
Read plan posture, capacity, and early usage signals in Billing without turning the first pass into a finance project.
